- 2 Coconut Collaborative Vanilla Rice Pudding Pots
- 100g Frozen Blackberries
- Squeeze of lemon
- 50ml Maple Syrup
- Handful of chopped pistachios
- Handful of sliced strawberries
1. Place the blackberries in a saucepan over a medium heat.
2. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup and stir until the blackberries are soft.
3. Place the rice pudding into a bowl and spoon the compote over.
4. Decorate with the strawberries and chopped pistachios.
