Add the bananas, coconut kefir, frozen mango, vanilla bean powder and a splash of cashew milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little more cashew milk if needed to loosen the texture.
Pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, fresh raspberries, passion fruit, granola, a spoonful of nut butter, hemp seeds and fresh mint.
