Method

  1. Whisk cashew butter, Double Cre&m and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl until smooth
  2. Add confectioners sugar one cup at a time and whisk until you have a thick spreadable frosting
  3. Once the right consistency is reached, spread over a cooled cake right away and enjoy!
