30g Ginger
1tsp Ground Coriander
1tsp Tumeric
1tsp Paprika
1/2tsp Cumin
1litre Vegetable Broth
1/2 tub of The Coconut Collab Natural Yog
1tbsp Maple Syrup
Juice of one Lime
1/2tsp Salt

Rice Noodles cooked to packet instructions
Steamed Greens of your choice
Fresh Coriander
Crispy Shallots or chopped Nuts
