Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Rich and decadent but effortlessly simple, this chocolate mousse recipe by our friend Melissa (@she.wellthy) is the perfect dinner party dessert.

Method

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Add the coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted chocolate and whisk until smooth, glossy, and fully combined.
  4. Divide the mixture between small serving glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. Top with fresh raspberries, a dollop of our Natural Yog and shaved dark chocolate before serving.
