METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, fan.

Pour the oats in a large bowl and cover with boiling water and soak for 15 min, until soft.

Once the oats have been absorbed by the water, mash the bananas and place walnuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins, almond flakes and almond milk in the same bowl. Stir well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and add toppings of walnuts, raisins and pumpkin seeds on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, until golden at the top.
