Method:

The night before serving, add the oats, 5 tbsp Coconut Collab Natural Coconut Yog, chia seeds to a medium sized bowl. Add 1 tsp agave to give it a little sweetness before mixing it all together. Set aside.

To assemble, layer the creamy overnight oats, peanut butter and banana in a mason jar, reversing a little of the peanut butter and banana for later.

Once near the top, spoon the remaining Coconut Collab Natural Yoghurt on over the oats and decorate with a spoonful of peanut butter and the sliced banana. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!
