Berry Overnight Oats

Method:

  • The night before serving, add the oats, 5 tbsp Coconut Collab Natural Coconut Yog, chia seeds to a medium sized bowl. Add the agave to give it a little sweetness before mixing it all together. Set aside.

  • Add the fresh fruit to either a pestle and mortar or bowl and squeeze in the lemon juice. Mash the fruits together but leaving some of the fruit pieces intact.

  • To assemble, layer the creamy overnight oats and the red berry compote in a mason jar, reversing a tbsp of the jam for later.

  • Once near the top, spoon the remaining Coconut Collab Natural Yoghurt on over the oats and decorate with a spoonful of compote. Sprinkle it with toasted nuts and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
