Method:

The night before serving, add the oats, 5 tbsp Coconut Collab Natural Coconut Yog, chia seeds to a medium sized bowl. Add the agave to give it a little sweetness before mixing it all together. Set aside.

Add the fresh fruit to either a pestle and mortar or bowl and squeeze in the lemon juice. Mash the fruits together but leaving some of the fruit pieces intact.

To assemble, layer the creamy overnight oats and the red berry compote in a mason jar, reversing a tbsp of the jam for later.

Once near the top, spoon the remaining Coconut Collab Natural Yoghurt on over the oats and decorate with a spoonful of compote. Sprinkle it with toasted nuts and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
