Method:

Preheat oven to Fan 160, Conventional 180, Gas 4.

Pour The Bottled Baking Co. Double chocolate Cookie mix into a bowl and add in the melted vegan butter.

Stir until combined and add to a greased/ lined pop-out tin.

Use your hands to push the cookie mix up the side of the tin to create a base to your pie. Pop into the oven for 10-15 minutes to cook through a little.

Whilst the base is in the oven, pour The Bottled Baking Co. Vegan Chocolate and Walnut Brownie Mix into a clean baking bowl.

Add 3 heaped tablespoons of the Natural Coconut Yog and stir until combined ensuring there are no lumps.

Add the brownie mix on top of the semi-cooked cookie base and bake for another 25-30 mins.

Whilst your brookie is baking, break up 150g of dark chocolate into a bowl.

Heat up 220ml of Coconut Double Cream in the microwave, but make sure it doesn’t boil or become too hot - we like to check it every 10-15 seconds.

Pour the warm cream over the top of the chocolate and stir until you’ve created a rich, glossy mixture. Once the brookie is cooled, pour the ganache onto the brookie pie and add your favourite vegan toppings.
