METHOD
- Blend all of the mousse ingredients together (with half of the milk) in your food processor until smooth. Add the rest of the milk in slowly until it is a mousse-like texture (this will depend on the ripeness and size of the avocado).
- Fill cups or glasses with the mousse, sprinkle with the cacao powder and nibs and if you’re feeling extra fancy, top it with vegan chocolate sauce and a strawberry!
