Method:

Fry the onion in a little olive oil until soft and translucent. Add the garlic and Belazu Ve-du-ya paste to the pan. Stir until well combined.

Add the butter beans. If using drained beans, add a dash of water, about 2 tablespoons. Stir and cook for a few minutes until well combined.

Toast your bread.

Turn off the hob and add the coconut yogurt. Add a dash of water if you want the sauce to be looser.

Spoon the beans on top of the toast and finish with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. Dig in!
