Method:
- In a blender blitz up half the strawberries and lime juice (alternatively can mash with a fork)
- Whisk the The Coconut Collab Double Cre&m until it holds shape
- Chop the strawberries into quarters
- Layer the ingredients into your serving dish. First the strawberry sauce, then fresh strawberries, then cream and finally the crushed meringue. Continue until you get pretty layers and enjoy!
