Method:

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Stir flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt, then rub in vegan butter to resemble breadcrumbs.

Stir in sugar and add buttermilk and egg alternative.

Bring together and roll out 2cm thick. Cut approx 12 scones and brush with some buttermilk.

Bake 10-12mins and leave to cool.
