Method:

For the strawberry sauce, put all the ingredients in a medium
saucepan. Cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes with the

Blend until smooth with a stick blender or in a liquidiser.

Leave to cool, then decant into a bowl and store in the fridge.
For the Frap, pour 100 ml of the cream into a bowl and whip with
a whisk until it holds its shape. Set aside.

Put the remaining 50 ml of cream in a blender with the yoghurt,
frozen strawberries, strawberry sauce and ice.

Blend on high speed for 30 seconds, then pause and scrape down
the sides. Blend for another 30 seconds.

Drizzle a little strawberry sauce around the inside of your glass,

Then pour in the frappuccino. Use the back of a spoon to swirl it with the sauce against the sides.

Top with freshly whipped cream and enjoy!
