Herby Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g The Coconut Collab Gut Health Cultured Coconut Yog
  • 30g fresh basil (alternatively, 15g fresh parsley + 15g fresh mint)
  • The juice of ½ a lemon
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • A generous pinch of cracked black pepper

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blitz to a smooth, vibrant green dressing.

  • Pour straight over your favourite salad and tuck in!
