HERMOSA Protein pancakes - @livehermosa

Method:

  • Blend the ingredients together.

  • Heat a tsp of coconut oil on a low/medium heat.

  • Once the oil hot, drop small spoonfuls of the pancake mixture in the pan.

  • Leave to cook until the centre of each pancake is bubbling. Flip the pancakes and cook for a couple of minutes on the other side.

  • Top with Berries, a tbsp of The Coconut Collab yoghurt and a dash of cinnamon.
