Method:

Blend the ingredients together.

Heat a tsp of coconut oil on a low/medium heat.

Once the oil hot, drop small spoonfuls of the pancake mixture in the pan.

Leave to cook until the centre of each pancake is bubbling. Flip the pancakes and cook for a couple of minutes on the other side.

Top with Berries, a tbsp of The Coconut Collab yoghurt and a dash of cinnamon.
