  • For the dough: combine the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough with some extra flour as needed. Then roll into a long thin rectangle.

  • For the filling: spread butter on the dough. Mix and evenly sprinkle over cinnamon and sugar.

  • Slice in half long ways, throw on the blueberries and roll one strip into the other strip.

  • Pop into an oven safe mug or ramekin and bake for 45mins at 165C.

  • For the frosting: 1tbsp vegan cream cheese and 1/2 cup of icing sugar.

  • Drizzle and enjoy!
