Method:

Place strawberry rings/quarters in the ice lolly mould.

Blend 5 strawberries and the 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam in a bowl and spoon to the top of the ice lolly mould.

Spoon over The Coconut Collaborative Natural Coconut Yogurt and smooth out.

Add more strawberry rings/quarters to the top of the ice lolly.

Spoon remaining strawberry jam mixture and swirl into the yoghurt with the spoon.

Sprinkle granola at the base of the ice lolly and press into the yogurt.

Pop into the freezer for 12 hours or over night and enjoy!
