Strawberry Ice Lollies


  • Place strawberry rings/quarters in the ice lolly mould.

  • Blend 5 strawberries and the 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam in a bowl and spoon to the top of the ice lolly mould. 

  • Spoon over The Coconut Collaborative Natural Coconut Yogurt and smooth out.

  • Add more strawberry rings/quarters to the top of the ice lolly.

  • Spoon remaining strawberry jam mixture and swirl into the yoghurt with the spoon.

  • Sprinkle granola at the base of the ice lolly and press into the yogurt.

  • Pop into the freezer for 12 hours or over night and enjoy!
