METHOD

Combine chia seeds, The Coconut Collaborative Vanilla Yog and m*lk in a mixing bowl and stir well.

Set aside for 5 minutes then stir again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

Place the bowl in the fridge to set for a minimum of an hour or overnight.

Spoon into cups and layer with your favourite granola, berries and a generous dollop of The Coconut Collaborative Vanilla Yog.

Keeps well in the fridge for a few days!
