Vegan Banana Bread

METHOD

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, then add the almond milk, coconut oil, nut butter, oat yogurt, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, stir to combine.

  •  Add the oat flour, baking powder, salt with the wet ingredients. Then, stir until well combined. 

  • Chop the walnuts and place this in the large mixing bow. Stir until well combined. 

  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 40 min, or until skewer comes out clean. Check and cover with tin foil in case the cake is brown. Allow to cool down before slicing and serve with Oat Collaborative yogurt and maple syrup.
