Choc Yuzu Cupcakes


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tray with cupcake liners. Then sieve all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir with a whisk to combine. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until smooth.

  • Evenly distribute cupcake batter into the cupcake liners and place in the oven to bake or 13-15 minutes and a skewer comes out clean.

  • Remove from the oven and set aside to cool while you make the frosting.

  • To make icing, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Leave the icing in the fridge until the cupcakes are completely cool and ready for topping.
