Method:

Whisk cashew butter, Double Cre&m and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl until smooth

Add confectioners sugar one cup at a time and whisk until you have a thick spreadable frosting

Once the right consistency is reached, spread over a cooled cake right away and enjoy!
Note: If the frosting is too thin, you can leave it in the fridge to harden slightly before spreading over your cake
