Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 18cm brownie tray with baking paper. Place The Coconut Collab Salted Caramel Little Pots, coconut oil, sugar, yuzu and vanilla in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.

Sieve the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, then mix thoroughly again until thick and glossy. Then transfer the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.

Place in the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes. The sides will look cooked and the middle slightly underdone.

Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before removing from the tin and cutting into squares.
