Method:

Add the raspberries to a high-powered blender and blitz to a smooth puree.

Line the baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper and spoon The Coconut Collab’s Natural Yog across the tray in an even layer.

Drizzle over the raspberry puree and ripple it through using a cocktail stick or spoon.

Top with granola, chopped pistachios, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.

Cover with cling film and transfer to the freezer to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, turn the bark out onto a board and peel off the parchment. Break or slice the bark into bite-sized pieces and enjoy as a healthy frozen snack.
