Method

  1. Add all of the oat base ingredients to a jar
  2. Top with blended fruit and any other toppings you like
  3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!

Ingredients

For the base:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of your preferred milk
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Collab Protein Yog
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

For the fruity toppings:

Raspberry:

  • 1/2 cup of Raspberries blended with 2 tbsp of water

Blueberry:

  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries blended with 2 tbsp of water

Mango:

  • 1/2 cup of mangoes blended
